Privacy Policy
Kayfus Armory values and respects the privacy of every customer. We will never sell, trade or disclose any customer information including email addresses, names, phone numbers or physical addresses to any third party for any reason. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting it.
If you wish to opt out of promotional communications at any time, you may update your preferences in your account profile or contact us directly at info@kayfusarmory.com.
PRICING
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Due to market conditions, manufacturer price changes or limited product availability, pricing on any item may be updated at any time. Kayfus Armory reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in product descriptions, images or pricing information.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Kayfus Armory accepts the following payment methods for online orders:
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We do not accept internationally issued credit cards. We are unable to process orders using multiple credit cards on a single transaction. Kayfus Armory is unable to process payments made with reloadable prepaid cards such as prepaid Visa or American Express gift cards.
All billing information provided at checkout must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or inaccurate billing information may result in immediate order cancellation. Kayfus Armory reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any order.
TAXES
Texas residents will be charged applicable state and local sales tax on all orders.
Customers residing outside of Texas are solely responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes that may be owed in their state or locality. Kayfus Armory is not responsible for calculating or collecting taxes outside of the state of Texas.
ORDERING
Once an order has been submitted and confirmed, any changes or cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking and order change fee with no exceptions. This policy exists due to the volume of orders processed and the work required to locate and modify specific orders after submission.
Kayfus Armory reserves the right to limit quantities on any item and to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full credit will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable for orders canceled after processing.
PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS
Kayfus Armory is committed to full compliance with all federal, state and local laws. We will not ship restricted products to a location that differs from the billing address for the purpose of circumventing laws in the billing state or locality. Purchaser must have valid government-issued identification confirming proof of residence at the ship-to location.
Example: A purchaser with a billing address in California cannot purchase a 30-round magazine and request shipment to an Arizona address to circumvent California's magazine capacity restrictions.
Firearms shipped from the manufacturer with magazines or components restricted in a specific state or municipality may be purchased with those restricted items removed where legally permitted. Kayfus Armory will not substitute removed items or discount the transaction in any way. This applies to all promotional or bundled offers where the inclusion of a promotional item would violate applicable restrictions. No substitutes will be made.
The following specific state and product restrictions apply. This list is subject to change as laws are updated. It is always the buyer's responsibility to verify current laws in their jurisdiction before placing an order.
FIREARMS
Handguns
Kayfus Armory does not ship handguns to the following: Washington D.C., California, Maryland, Massachusetts or New York State.
Semi-Automatic Rifles
Kayfus Armory does not ship semi-automatic rifles to the following: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland (centerfire), Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State or Washington State.
AR Uppers and AR Kits
Kayfus Armory does not ship AR upper assemblies or AR kits to the following: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State or Washington State.
Semi-Automatic Rifle Parts
Kayfus Armory does not ship parts for AR-15, AK-47 or any variation thereof to the following: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State or Washington State.
Black Powder and Muzzleloading Firearms
Black powder and muzzleloading firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer in the following states: Illinois, Massachusetts and New Jersey.
Defense and Clip-Fed Shotguns
Kayfus Armory does not ship defense or clip-fed shotguns to the following: California or Massachusetts.
Semi-Automatic Shotguns
Kayfus Armory does not ship semi-automatic shotguns to Connecticut.
Kayfus Armory does not ship semi-automatic shotguns to Delaware that feature pistol grips, detachable magazines or non-fixed stocks. Kayfus Armory does not ship semi-automatic shotguns to Washington State that feature pistol grips or thumbhole stocks. No shotguns with revolving cylinders, fixed 7+ round capacity or vertical grips will be shipped to Washington State.
Threaded Barrels
Kayfus Armory does not ship threaded barrels to the following: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York or Washington State.
Pistol Restrictions
Kayfus Armory does not ship pistols to Delaware that feature foregrips or threaded barrels. Kayfus Armory does not ship pistols to Illinois or Washington State that feature threaded barrels.
Firearm Restrictions — Lake County, Cook County and Highland Park, Illinois
Kayfus Armory does not ship any firearms or magazines to Lake County, Cook County or Highland Park, Illinois.
.50 BMG Firearms
Kayfus Armory does not ship .50 BMG firearms to California.
AMMUNITION
Kayfus Armory does not ship ammunition to the following: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York State or Washington D.C.
MAGAZINES
Magazines Over 10 Rounds
Kayfus Armory does not ship magazines with a capacity exceeding 10 rounds to the following: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State, Rhode Island, Vermont (rifle), Washington State or Washington D.C.
Magazines Over 15 Rounds
Kayfus Armory does not ship magazines with a capacity exceeding 15 rounds to the following: Colorado, Illinois or Vermont (handgun).
Magazines Over 17 Rounds
Kayfus Armory does not ship magazines with a capacity exceeding 17 rounds to Delaware.
Magazines Over 29 Rounds
Kayfus Armory does not ship magazines with a capacity exceeding 29 rounds to Columbus, Ohio.
Magazine Restrictions — Illinois
Kayfus Armory does not ship long gun magazines exceeding 10 rounds to Illinois. Kayfus Armory does not ship handgun magazines exceeding 15 rounds to Illinois. No magazines of any capacity will be shipped to Lake County, Cook County or Highland Park, Illinois.
Magazine Restrictions — Hawaii
Kayfus Armory does not ship pistol magazines exceeding 10 rounds to Hawaii. Kayfus Armory does not ship AR-style rifles or pistol grip shotguns to Hawaii.
Magazine Rebuild Kits
Kayfus Armory does not ship magazine rebuild kits to the following: California, Connecticut, Chicago (Illinois), Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State or Washington D.C.
M-16 Bolts
Kayfus Armory does not ship M-16 bolts to the following: California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State or Washington D.C.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE NOTICE
No merchandise listed on this website is offered for sale in any state, district or territory where the receipt, possession, sale or use of such merchandise is prohibited or illegal. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws before placing an order.
FIREARM TRANSFERS AND BACKGROUND CHECKS
All firearm purchases are subject to federal law. All firearm orders are subject to a NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System) background check. Kayfus Armory follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding the sale and transfer of all firearms.
By purchasing a firearm from Kayfus Armory you confirm and agree to the following:
- I understand I must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition, and 18 years of age or older to purchase long guns and long gun ammunition (21 in some states).
- It is my responsibility to verify my state's requirements.
- I am not prohibited by any federal, state or local law from purchasing, receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition.
- I understand it is my sole responsibility to comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding firearm transfer, ownership and the possession of ammunition.
- I understand that any firearm I purchase will be shipped to a licensed FFL transfer dealer and must be picked up in person by the purchaser with valid government-issued identification.
Firearms will be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer of the buyer's choosing. It is the buyer's responsibility to select a transfer dealer, contact them prior to placing an order, and verify their specific transfer procedures and fees. Transfer fees are paid directly to the receiving FFL dealer and are not collected by Kayfus Armory.
Kayfus Armory will not ship a firearm to a state in which the purchaser does not have legal residence. Valid government-issued identification confirming proof of residence is required at the time of pickup and transfer. No exceptions. The person who pays for the firearm must be the person who picks up and receives the firearm transfer.
In the event a firearm transfer is denied, a $75.00 processing fee plus return shipping costs will apply.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Customers are required to create an account to purchase from Kayfus Armory. During the account creation process and at checkout, customers confirm compliance with all applicable age requirements.
- You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition in all states.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase long guns and long gun ammunition (21 in some states — it is your responsibility to verify your state's requirements).
- You must not be prohibited by any federal, state or local law from purchasing, receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition.
- It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state and local laws governing the purchase, transfer, ownership and possession of firearms and ammunition in your jurisdiction.
SHIPPING
Kayfus Armory ships via FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on the product type and destination. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on carrier availability, destination and product type.

ORDER ISSUES
Kayfus Armory stands behind everything we sell. If you have an issue with your order please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@kayfusarmory.com or (325) 669-5999.
All order issue requests must be authorized by Kayfus Armory prior to any merchandise being sent back. Unauthorized shipments will not be accepted. All approved merchandise must have an authorized RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
All approved merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Ammunition is final sale under all circumstances and is not eligible for any merchandise credit once it has shipped.
