Shipping
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 states. All orders are processed and shipped from Buffalo Gap, TX. Shipping times and rates will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Firearms Shipping
All firearms are shipped in compliance with federal law and must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange an FFL transfer with a dealer near them prior to completing purchase. Kayfus Armory is not responsible for FFL transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer.
Ammunition Shipping
Ammunition is subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to all locations. Restrictions vary by state and carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that ammunition can legally be shipped to their location before placing an order.
Accessories & Gear
Non-firearm items such as optics, accessories and cleaning supplies ship via standard carrier. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Returns
General Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kayfus Armory. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your options.
Firearms Returns
Due to the nature of firearms and federal regulations, all firearm sales are subject to specific return conditions. Firearms that have been transferred through an FFL dealer cannot be returned unless the firearm is defective or was received damaged. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged firearm.
Ammunition Returns
All ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns on ammunition under any circumstances.
Accessories & Gear Returns
Unopened, unused accessories and gear may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Items that have been opened, used or installed are not eligible for return.
Services
All service work including gunsmithing, Cerakote coating and laser engraving is non-refundable once work has been completed. Please contact us before dropping off or shipping your firearm to discuss the scope of work and confirm pricing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at (325) 669-5999 or info@kayfusarmory.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
